Tim Bright, OneWorld Consulting Partner, presented at the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Ireland 2018 National Conference in Dublin. Tim’s presentation is titled Coaching for the first 90 Days – onboarding and integration.
Tim talked about the importance of coaching executives who are starting in new roles, and the value that coaches can add to the transition process. Tim shared his own observations based on many years of coaching transitioning executives, the insights of leading experts in the field, and his own recommendations for executives, coaches and organisations.
